If you are dissatisfied with your products, please email chiohko@moonlightbathtreats.com within 5 business days.  Please provider your order name, product name and reason of dissatisfaction.

We do not offer REFUNDS due to the nature of the products (skincare), however, we can provide a credit and/or offer another product of equal value.
